Modern living in a turn-of-the-century-flair
„Das Alte Zinshaus” (“The Old Tenement”) in Knittelfeld was founded in 1909 as a building to house railway workers and has been family owned ever since.Even though still an air of the turn of the century wafts through it, „Das Alte Zinshaus” today it is no tenement with small substandard flats anymore. In 2014 it was converted into an apartment building in line with the most modern standards.
All apartments are non-smoking, however, there may be smoked in the garden where some benches invite to a rest.
Free public parking lots are available in sufficient number in front of the house.
